In the Game Rules for OFC lesson package you will get the hang of the basic principles of the poker game. After that, you’re completely ready to start playing Open Face Chinese Poker.

In 12 different courses you will learn everything there is to know about the basics. The goal of the game, what the different types of OFC are that Days of Poker offers, what Fantasyland is, how to use Wild cards, and so on.

  • Terminology and design

    Before starting with OFC Poker you have to learn some denominations. It’s important to know what the playing field looks like. This will make it easier to learn Chinese Poker.

  • Goal of the game

    If you want to win in OFC Poker you need to know the goal of the game. You have to defeat your opponent. Do this by creating the strongest, valid, poker combinations.

    In Open Face Chinese Poker not every combination can be placed anywhere you want. One card can make the difference between a “dead” or a “live” poker hand.

    Progressive Chinese Poker is a fun variation of the game. It guarantees more action and higher scores, because you can win extra cards when you qualify for Fantasyland.

    Another variation of Chinese Poker is 2-7 Low. The Low differs the most from regular OFC. In the middle a low hand should be placed, without making any poker combinations.
